CARTA Welcomes a New CEO!

The Board of Directors of the Chattanooga Area Regional Transportation Authority (CARTA) approved the appointment of Mr. Charles Frazier to the position of Chief Executive Officer, effective January 2024. Mr. Frazier currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the Jacksonville Transit Authority, and previously has served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Rock Region Metro transit system in Little Rock, Arkansas, and earlier as the Deputy Director of the Palm Tran system in West Palm Beach, Florida.
