Due to the Erlanger Chattanooga Marathon on Sunday, March 2nd, all CARTA buses departing from downtown will be on detour until 5:00 PM. Most of Market Street will be closed for the race, and passengers should board buses between MLK Blvd. and 4th St. on Market St.
Route adjustments include:
- Route 21 will not serve Main St.
- Route 16 will not serve Frazier Ave. and Barton Ave. to Hixson Pike
- Downtown Shuttle will not serve 11th St.
